Driving Directions: If driving from Calgary to Banff, take the Trans-Canada Highway (Highway 1) west to the Banff exit, and follow the signs a short distance to the Banff townsite. Approximate distance from the Calgary International Airport to the Banff townsite is 145 km (90 miles). Allow 1.5 - 2 hours of driving time. The Banff Ptarmigan Inn will be on the right hand side of Banff Avenue past Moose Street, next to the Banff International Hotel.
