Driving Directions: Gateway airport is Denver International Airport (DIA). From DIA take Pena Boulevard (10 miles) to Interstate 70 West. Drive I-70 west to Exit #232 US Hwy 40 West (approximately 50 miles), Go over Berthoud Pass to Winter Park Resort entrance(approximately 27 miles). Upon arrival to ski resort entrance, continue on US Hwy 40 for 1/2 mile more to the next light signal. turn Left (south) on Old Town Dr., go to bottom of hill and turn right at Winter Park Drive. Continue 1/3 mile to Timberhaus Drive (left). Go over railroad tracks to top of hill, lodge will be at the top and right.

Cancellation:SUMMER: Cancellation of the lodging portion of this reservation 21 days or more prior to arrival will result in $100 cancellation fee unless the reservation is under $100 then the reservation is non refundable once booked. Cancellation less than 21 days prior to arrival will result in full forfeiture. Booking fee is non-refundable. Change of physical lodging property once deposit is paid will be handled as a cancellation. After final payment is made, this reservation is NON-REFUNDABLE. There are no refunds for late arrival or early departure. Airfare is non refundable once ticketed. Changes in airline reservations are subject to a $175.00 fee per change plus any increase in fare.

Deposit:Reservations made for arrival more than 30 days in advance, a deposit of 35% of lodging total is due at time of booking. Full payment for reservation is due 30 days prior to arrival. Credit cards given as deposit will be charged for final payment. Reservations for arrivals less than 30 days in advance, full payment is required at time of booking. Airfare, rail tickets, lift tickets, lessons, equipment rentals and insurance premiums are payable in full at time of booking and are NON-REFUNDABLE at any time.
