Winter Park Mountain Lodge provides exactly what you're looking for in a mountain getaway. The accommodations range from comfortable hotel rooms to mountain suites with a fireplace and kitchen facilities. Relax after a day on the slopes in the indoor pool, hot tubs, or dry sauna. Enjoy the dining experience in the Moffat Brewpub a local microbrew and restaurant with slopeside view. Moffat Brewpub will be closed from April 2009 - 11/09. Restaurant will be open for Breakfast and Dinner for the 2009/2010. Winter Park Mountain Lodge offers a full service ski and snowboard shop Ski 4 Less and Snowmobile tour operator onsite as well as an exercise and game room. All rooms have internet and video game access through the TV for a fee. The lodge is on the free town shuttle route. Conference facilities are available featuring 8000 square feet of meeting space for your group or wedding party. Physically challenged rooms with special disabled access features are available on request. The possibilities are endless at this luxurious mountain lodge.
Driving Directions: Gateway airport is Denver International Airport (DIA). From DIA take Pena Boulevard west to I-70 west. I-70 west to Exit #232, US Hwy 40. Northwest on USHwy 40 for 25 miles, over Berthoud Pass, to Winter Park.

Cancellation:SUMMER: Cancellation of the lodging portion of this reservation 21 days or more prior to arrival will result in $100 cancellation fee unless the reservation is under $100 then the reservation is non refundable once booked. Cancellation less than 21 days prior to arrival will result in full forfeiture. Booking fee is non-refundable. Change of physical lodging property once deposit is paid will be handled as a cancellation. After final payment is made, this reservation is NON-REFUNDABLE. There are no refunds for late arrival or early departure. Airfare is non refundable once ticketed. Changes in airline reservations are subject to a $175.00 fee per change plus any increase in fare.

Deposit:Reservations made for arrival more than 30 days in advance, a deposit of 35% of lodging total is due at time of booking. Full payment for reservation is due 30 days prior to arrival. Credit cards given as deposit will be charged for final payment. Reservations for arrivals less than 30 days in advance, full payment is required at time of booking. Airfare, rail tickets, lift tickets, lessons, equipment rentals and insurance premiums are payable in full at time of booking and are NON-REFUNDABLE at any time.
