Cancellation:Deposits are not refundable if reservation is cancelled less than 72 hours prior to arrival. During Spring Break (March 1 - April 30), deposits are not refundable if reservation is cancelled less then 14 days prior to arrival. If the reservation is cancelled outside of the 14 day window, all money will be refunded, except for the 1st night plus tax.
Deposit:An advance deposit of the 1st night plus tax is required at the time of booking. During Spring Break (March 1 - April 30), an advance deposit of 50% of your total stay will be required. the 1st night plus tax is non-refundable.

Other:Must be 18 or older to check-in. Occupancy limits strictly enforced. 3 night min. stay on holidays. There is $2.00 nightly utility surcharge on all rental reservations. A $500.00 security deposit is required for all reservations during Spring Break.
