Cancellation :Cancellation of any Copper Mountain Lodging prior to 30 days of arrival is 90% refundable. Cancellations of any other lodging prior to 30 days of arrival will result in a $100 cancellation fee. Any cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date will result in full forfeiture of payment. All ticket orders are final and non-refundable at time of booking. Please see travel insurance policy for refund guidelines. Woodward at Copper Summer camp cancellations outside 30 days prior are subject to a 10% cancellation fee; inside 30 days prior summer camps are nonrefundable. One Hit Wonders cancelled outside 48 hours prior are subject to a 10% cancellation fee; inside 48 hours prior One Hit Wonders are nonrefundable. All other products, including Punch Passes, are nonrefundable at any time. Guests who have purchased Access America travel insurance will not receive a refund for the amount originally paid for insurance coverage, but may file a claim with Access America for recovery of cancellation fees or, in the event of a cancellation within 30 days of arrival, the total amount lost on the cancelled reservation. Access America travel insurance is nonrefundable at any time. The booking fee is non-refundable at any time. Change of physical lodging property once deposit is paid will be handled as a cancellation. After final payment is made, this reservation is NON-REFUNDABLE. There are no refunds for late arrival or early departure.
Airfare is payable in full at time of booking and are NON-REFUNDABLE at any time. All cancellations for transportation must be made 24 hours prior to scheduled arrival time. A $25 fee will be charged for all car rental cancellations. All transportation sales are final and nonrefundable inside 24 hours. All Rental Equipment, Ski & Ride School, and Tubing must be cancelled outside of 24 hours and will be charged a 10% cancellation fee. Rental cancellations inside of 24 hours will be charged for 1 days worth of rentals. Ski and Ride School products are non-refundable inside of 24 hours. Rescheduling the lesson is at the discretion of Copper Mountain Ski and Ride School.
Deposit :A $30 deposit is due upon booking Copper Mountain Lodging more than 30 days in advance. For any other lodging, a deposit of 35% of lodging total is taken at time of booking for reservations made more than 30 days prior to arrival. The remaining balance of any lodging reservation will be charged at 30 days prior to arrival. Credit cards given as deposit will be charged for the final payment. Full balance will be charged at time of booking for all arrivals less than 30 days in advance. Full payment for Beeline tickets booked in conjunction with Copper Mountain Lodging will be taken 30 days prior to arrival along with the final lodging deposit. All other ticket types, airfare, ground transportation and insurance premiums are charged in full at time of booking and are NON-REFUNDABLE at any time. Please see cancellation policy for transportation. Full payment will be taken at time of purchase for all rentals, Ski and Ride School, and tubing products.

Check In :Check in begins at 4 pm at the Copper Mountain Lodging Front Desk. Take exit 195 off of I-70 onto route 91. Turn right at the light onto Copper Road. Follow Copper Road past one stop sign. You will notice a new fire house and Woodward at Copper on your right. Turn right after you pass Woodward at Copper into the Lodging Front Desk and Athletic Center Building.

Other :Copper Mountain Lodging acts as the rental management agent for many condominium units in Copper Mountain Resort. Each owner chooses whether or not to place his/her condominium unit in the rental program. Copper Mountain Resort and its associated condominium projects are not hotels. Because all condominium units are individually owned and are not part of a hotel, such units may or may not be cofigured to comply with the accessibility requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act. The decision of whether or not to make a condominium unit accessible is up to each individual owner. Condominium units meeting the accessibility requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act may be unavailable or limited in number.
