Located at the base of Winter Park Resort, Fraser Crossing & Founders Pointe is the newest Village at Winter Park Resort premier property. Just 200 yards from The Gondola, these beautiful, designer decorated, contemporary condominiums feature granite counter tops, tile floors, stainless steel appliances, heated underground parking, and are conveniently located on the in-town shuttle route. After a full day exploring the Colorado Mountains, a short walk from the lift brings you back to your home and personal on-site ski locker. Relax in front of the warm glow of your gas fireplace accented by a solid wood hearth, unwind with a movie on your LCD flat panel TV, or "mix it up" après on the beautiful third floor amenity deck featuring heated walkways and gas barbeque grills. Winter Park Resort Lodging acts as the rental management agent for many condominium units here at Winter Park. Each owner chooses whether or not to place his/her condominium unit in the rental program. Winter Park Resort Lodging and its associated condominium projects are not hotels. Because all condominium units are individually owned and are not part of a hotel, such units may or may not be configured to comply with the accessibility requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act. The decision of whether or not to make a condominium unit accessible is up to each individual owner. Condominium units meeting the accessibility requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act may be unavailable or limited in number.

Driving Directions: Gateway airport is Denver International Airport (DIA). From DIA take Pena Boulevard (10 miles) to Interstate 70 West. I-70 west to Exit #232 = US Hwy 40 West (approximately 50 miles), 27 miles on US Hwy 40 over Berthoud Pass to Winter Park Resort entrance, traffic light. Winter Park Resort Lodging Online Policies

Written Cancellation Policy:  SUMMER: Lodging canceled any time after deposit or final payment is made and up to 48 hours prior to arrival day check-in time of 4 pm MT may be cancelled without penalty. Lodging reservations cancelled within 48 hours of arrival day check-in of 4 pm MT are nonrefundable. Travel Insurance is paid in full at time of booking and is nonrefundable. There are no refunds for late arrival or early departure.


WINTER: Reservations cancelled 22 days or more prior to arrival may be cancelled without penalty. Reservations cancelled 21 days or less prior to arrival are non-refundable.

Reservations made within 21 days of arrival may be cancelled within 24 hours of creating the reservation without penalty. Reservations canceled within 21 days of arrival and outside of 24 hours from the time the reservation was created are non-refundable. There are no refunds for late arrival or early departure. Travel insurance premiums are non-refundable once paid in full.


*Should lodging booked be unavailable due to closure of the booked lodging property, the lodging reservation is refundable for unused nights. Travel insurance premium is non-refundable.

Written Deposit Policy:  SUMMER: Reservations booked 15 days or more in advance, a deposit of 20% of lodging total is due at time of booking. Full payment for reservation is due 14 days prior to arrival. Tax amounts are estimates and subject to change based on local taxing authorities. Credit cards given as deposit will be charged for final payment. For reservations booked 14 days or less prior to arrival, full payment is required at time of booking. Insurance premiums are payable in full at time of booking and are non-refundable.

Pets Policy:  Founders Pointe/Frasers Crossing is a non-pet property.

Other Policy:  You must be 18 years or older to reserve a room at Founders Pointe/Frasers Crossing.

Housekeeping: change of linens, towels, trash, vacuuming and replenishing amenities provided every 3rd day on stays of 5 nights or longer.

Underground parking available for $14/day/vehicle for the winter season. It is free from 04/23/12 - 11/13/12
