Conference stay dates:
Wednesday, October 17, 2012 - Sunday, October 21, 2012. An extended stay is available for the nights of Tues, 10/16 or Sun, 10/21 at the conference rates - please call 800-817-0764 to arrange.
The room block will be released on or about 9/17/12. If booking after that date, please call 800-817-0764.
A credit card is required at the time of booking. A deposit equal to one night's stay will be charged by Mount Snow Central Reservations when the reservation is booked. Cancellations received 8 days or more prior to the arrival date will be refunded 100%; cancellations (or no-shows) received 0-7 days prior to the arrival date will result in a forfeiture of the one night's stay deposit.
