Policies

General Policy
Guest must be 21 and have major credit card in their name present upon check-in. We do require a $200 security hold at time of check in. Guests are expected to treat their accommodations with care and respect. ALL FACILITIES ARE NON-SMOKING INCLUDING GUEST ROOMS. Damage beyond reasonable wear and tear will not be tolerated and charges will be assessed to the Guest of Record in addition to a $25 Service Charge. NO PETS ALLOWED!
Written Cancellation Policy
Cancellation with 7 or more days advance notice prior to arrival will be charged a $25 cancellation fee. If cancelling less than 7 days prior to arrival, your entire deposit will be non-refundable.
Written Deposit Policy
All prices in this rate card are subject to 9% NH Room Tax. In order to guarantee reservations, a Deposit of 50% of total stay is required.

Check-In time is no sooner than 4:00 p.m.
Check Out
Check Out time is 10:00 a.m. Deviations from standard check-out time must be arranged in advance.
