Written Cancellation Policy
Stratton Lodging: NON-PEAK SEASON •Cancellations made outside of 3 days prior to arrival will receive a refund, less a $50 cancellation fee. •Cancellations within 3 days of arrival are subject to full forfeiture, unless you have purchased Red Sky Trip Insurance and cancel for reasons covered under this policy. Trip insurance is paid in full at time of booking and is non-refundable. PEAK SEASON •Cancellations made prior to 7 days of arrival will receive a full refund less a $100 cancellation fee. •Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival are subject to full forfeiture, unless you have purchased Red Sky Trip Insurance and cancel for reasons covered under this policy. Trip insurance is paid in full at time of booking and is non-refundable. Distinctive Properties, Private Homes: •Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival will receive a refund, less a $500 cancellation fee. •Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are subject to full forfeiture, unless you have purchased Red Sky Trip Insurance and cancel for reasons covered under this policy. Trip insurance is paid in full at time of booking and is non-refundable.

LODGING: WINTER SEASON: 50% due at time of booking, 50% due 7 days prior to arrival. NON-WINTER: 50% is due at time of booking, 50% is due 2 days prior to arrival. DISTINCTIVE PROPERTIES/RESORT HOMES: 50% is due at time of booking, 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival. MOUNTAIN ACTIVITIES: 100% payment due at time of booking.
