Written Cancellation Policy

Stratton Lodging: NON-PEAK SEASON •Cancellations made outside of 3 days prior to arrival will receive a refund, less a $50 cancellation fee. •Cancellations within 3 days of arrival are subject to full forfeiture, unless you have purchased Red Sky Trip Insurance and cancel for reasons covered under this policy. Trip insurance is paid in full at time of booking and is non-refundable. PEAK SEASON •Cancellations made prior to 7 days of arrival will receive a full refund less a $100 cancellation fee. •Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival are subject to full forfeiture, unless you have purchased Red Sky Trip Insurance and cancel for reasons covered under this policy. Trip insurance is paid in full at time of booking and is non-refundable. Distinctive Properties, Private Homes: •Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival will receive a refund, less a $500 cancellation fee. •Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are subject to full forfeiture, unless you have purchased Red Sky Trip Insurance and cancel for reasons covered under this policy. Trip insurance is paid in full at time of booking and is non-refundable.

Written Deposit Policy

Stratton Lodging: NON-PEAK POLICY • Cancellations requested outside of 2 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund. • Cancellations requested within 2 days of arrival will have the deposit put into a hold account for your use for up to one year from original reservation, unless you have purchased Red Sky Trip Insurance and cancel for reasons covered under this policy. Trip insurance is paid in full at time of booking and is non-refundable. PEAK POLICY: (December 18, 2020 to March 21, 2021) • Cancellations requested prior to 7 days of arrival will receive a full refund. • Cancellations requested within 7 days of arrival will have the deposit put into a hold account for your use for up to one year from original reservation, unless you have purchased Red Sky Trip Insurance and cancel for reasons covered under this policy. Trip insurance is paid in full at time of booking and is non-refundable. DISTINCTIVE PROPERTIES AND PRIVATE HOMES: • Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival will receive a refund, less a $100 cancellation fee. • Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are subject to full forfeiture, unless you have purchased Red Sky Trip Insurance and cancel for reasons covered under this policy. Trip insurance is paid in full at time of booking and is non-refundable. Activities: *For activities purchased in conjunction with a lodging reservation the cancellation policy will mirror the lodging policy. Otherwise: • Lift Ticket and Rentals: all purchases booked online, and not with a lodging reservations, are final. No refunds will be issued. • Daily Lessons and Programs: • Cancellations made prior to 3 days of the start date will receive a full refund, less a $50 cancellations fee per order • Cancellations made within 3 days of the start date are subject to full forfeiture of the total booking • If the resort is open for skiing/riding there are no refunds or cancellations due to weather, please plan accordingly.
